Brickell and the Views from Cipriani

The south gateway to Brickell, with Simpson Park on one side, the Brickell Avenue towers and Biscayne Bay on the other, and Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne a short drive away.

The Gateway to Brickell

At the South End of Brickell

The developer places the tower at the gateway to Brickell, the city's financial district and its densest residential neighborhood. Simpson Park lies to the south, the Brickell Avenue towers and Biscayne Bay to the east, and the skyline of Brickell rises to the north.

It is a walkable address. The developer's neighborhood map counts Brickell City Centre and the shops of Mary Brickell Village among its points of interest, along with Alice Wainwright Park on the bay and a long list of restaurants, from Zuma, Hutong and LPM to Cipriani Downtown Miami. Coconut Grove lies to the southwest and Key Biscayne across the Rickenbacker Causeway.

The Views by Height

East from the Site at Four Heights

The developer photographed the view from the site at about 250, 400, 600 and 750 feet, roughly the 23rd, 36th, 55th and 69th floors, in six directions. East is the bay view, and it is the one that changes most with height.

Match the line to the direction you want. Lines 02 and 03 keep the east face all the way up, and their view is the one that improves most with height. The southwest corners look over the green of Simpson Park and the northwest corners over the city, and in the developer's photographs a neighboring tower sits close on the west and northwest until about the 55th-floor height. Ask for the photographs at your floor's height before you choose a line.
